Ken Eden

My dear brother, Ken Eden, was walking home, along the side of the road, from his summer job, when he was killed by a drunk driver. He was 22, a university student, studying chemistry at McMaster University. In his spare time, he worked for the NDP and organizations like Amnesty International. He believed in social justice and bringing the world closer to it. He was an intellectual and a hard worker. He was also a wonderful big brother to me.
He was killed when a drunk driver drove off the road, striking him. He died before the ambulance got him to hospital. It was the worst experience of my life, and I still miss him dreadfully.
