Dale Heffler worked with Ernest Arsenault with Canadian Forces in Nova Scotia. After spending the day together with their spouses Kathy Bradley and Cheryl Llewelyn they were killed by one repeat offender leaving a golf course driving 4 times over limit passing another car on the shoulder at 140km/h striking the car with the 4 victims head on. Took this toll to finally end the threat the drunk had imposed on society which the criminal system couldn’t and still can’t do.
