October 11, 2013 is the day that forever changed the lives of Jeremy and 4 of his friends when they were hit by an impaired driver. The impact of the crash still affects every single day of their lives, even 7 years later. But one thing that impaired driver didn't get to take is Jeremy's strength. I am so incredibly proud of him and how he has worked so hard to stay the course and become an amazing young man. He is kind, compassionate and giving. He reminds me everyday that "Normal is a setting on a washing machine"
