Alain Séguin
December 1, 1958 - October 2, 2013
Crash Date: October 2, 2013
On October 2, 2013, Alain Séguin, was on his way to work when his car was hit and he was killed by an impaired driver.
Alain was a kind, gentle soul whose unselfish acts of kindness could be counted in the thousands. His greatest quality was that he deeply CARED about people. His laughter being absent from the world makes it a much colder place.
If Alain was here right now, he would tell everyone to hug your kids, hug your spouse, and tell everyone you know how much you care about and love them. Make time for your loved ones. Life is precious and it can be gone in an instant.
The crash was completely preventable, avoidable and senseless. My hope is that Alain’s death has not been in vain, that somehow, it can help convey the message about the seriousness of this crime and help make a change to the attitudes of people and to the laws in this regard.
Alain, my love, I will miss you and love you forever. You are and always will be my soulmate. I will never say goodbye. Only see you later.
