10 year old Talia Nevaeh Forrest was involved in a hit an run by a drunk driver while riding her bike with a friend on Black Rock Road, Cape Breton.N.S
3 months after her 10th birthday, she was just graduating grade 4. Proud to be out enjoying her summer with friends until her life was stolen in the matter of seconds. Please never drive impaired. 🙏🏼❤️‍🩹
