Arlene was a sweet, kind little girl. She was on her way home from school with her friend. They were on the side of the road waiting for a car to pass. The impaired driver swerved, killed her and left the scene. He did not stop to see if she was ok. Her little friend ran to a near by house for help. Yes it was a long time ago but she will always be in our hearts, never forgotten!
