I am a sole survivor of an drunken accident 40yrs ago where a young driver from Saskatchewan was in my aunts lane at 130am and hit my aunts van carrying me, my older sister, my aunt and her 2 daughters. My aunts oldest daughter had CP. The driver who hit us died from buying alive in his vehicle.
